How should I take care of the products?

We recommend to only spot-clean and air-dry for all products. Please DO NOT iron or use a washer/dryer as it may damage the fabric.

Gift cards do not have an expiration date.
Gift cards can be refunded
Gift cards can only be purchased alone. If you would like to purchase other products, please make two separate orders.
Multiple gift cards can be applied to an order.
Sales pricing and discount codes can’t be applied to purchasing a gift card. However, these discounts will apply to orders made using a gift card.
When using a gift card, the full value of the gift card is always applied. It isn’t possible to partially redeem a gift card unless the order total is less than the gift card balance.
If the order total exceeds the value remaining on their gift card, customers can pay the balance using standard payment methods.
To check remaining balance, enter the gift card code at checkout, the remaining balance will be shown if there is any.
